Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions


  The Affiliate Program is intended to help provide you ways to advertise our products and services in order to earn extra income.  You will be representing our business and website.  Any activities should be performed with this in mind and should be handled in a professional manner.


1.  You may:
        A,  Copy and use text and / or screenshots from this site in your own website, if used for this affiliate program, and in no way claim and / or represent the text or images to be your own.
        B.  Create your own graphics and / or text to be used, either, instead of or with, any images or text we provide for your use.
        C.  Use Email marketing with this program, as long as, your email campaigns do not violate any laws such as "Spam" (sending unsolicited bulk messages indiscriminately and without the recipient's consent).

2.  You may not:
        A.  Advertise our site through this program or otherwise on any website which is not approved by us first.
        B.  Modify any links provided to you as a part of this program, unless approved by us first, or as explained in the Affiliate Ads page.

3.  You are responsible for any incorrect information (text, graphic or otherwise) sent or posted by you in regards to this program.  Please be sure to keep up to date information in regards to this program.  As prices, promotions and programs change we will send out notices to keep you informed so you may update any graphics, text and / or campaign information.  It is recommended to have a terms and conditions page in your site to inform users that prices and promotions shown in Ads can be different than what is actually available at the time, and that it may take time to update with current and correct information.  This should not be used to mislead the customer with false information, which can lead to civil and criminal penalties, and should be used to keep the user informed and protect yourself.

4.  You are not required to submit any personal identification information., other than a current email address, to be a part of the affiliate program; however, you will be required to submit information for tax purposes before we issue payment to you.  This will include: Name, Address, Social Security or other Tax Identification number, PayPal account email address, etc.  You must also be a U.S. Citizen 18 years old or older to receive payment through this program.

5.  Referrals are tracked by the links provdided to you, which contain your Affiliate Identification information, and through the use of cookies to track returning referalls.

6.  Whiile we work to ensure the system works properly in order to track referrals and to ensure you are properly credited for all payments due to you, we are not responsible for lost referrals due to site down time, improper handling / modifying of links,, request errors, cookies disabled or deleted on referral computers, or any other reasons which would cause referral tracking to fail.  Our goal is to ensure proper credit is issued to you and will work hard to prevent lost tracking.  Cookies are set to expire at 180 days (6 months).

7.  Payments to you are paid based only on actual sales of software and / or services such as advertising accounts.  No paymetns shall be issued for referrals until payment has been received by us first.  No advance payments will be paid.  Payments may be paid to you in the form of money order or through electronic funds transfer such as through a bank account, PayPal account, etc...  Our prefered method of payment is by money order sent by mail or PayPal account.  Payments are issued, once you have reached a minimum of $5.00 (five dollars), on the last day of each month.

8.  We do not anticipate commissions decreasing, and are interested in increasing commissions depending on how the program progresses.  Bonus programs may also be considered as an alternative to rate increases.  Commission rates can and may change.  You will be notified when and if any changes are in effect.

9.  Any activities performed by you as a part of this program or otherwise in regards to this site or our business, which results in malicous activity, can and will result in civil and criminal prosecution.

10.  We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions as needed at any time.
