3.  Members may download other member's project(s) or file(s) only with the intent to help as described in project information sections on this site or in MSDN and/or other Forum's posts. You may not use member's project(s) or file(s) for any other purpose unless specified by and permission is granted by the member who uploaded the project(s) or file(s); or the original owner if the member who uploaded the project(s) or file(s) is not the original owner.

4.  The use of "bad", offensive, vulgar, racist, sexist, descrimatory or any improper language or text is not permitted.
